The coatings
Cleaning exposes the metal. Coating is what keeps it that way. We apply only premium products — and only to a surface that's been blasted perfectly clean and dry, so the bond is everything it should be.
IGL Aegis clear epoxy
A clear, high-gloss, epoxy based, anti-corrosion coating reinforced with graphene nanotubes. Because it cures completely transparent, you can spot the first signs of corrosion early, while it shields metal with C5-rated resistance to salt, chemicals and moisture. Mining-grade protection, applied as part of the Pro package. It is hydrophobic and will ensure ease of cleaning and maintenance.
Endrust bitumen
A heavy-duty bituminous, thixotropic anti-corrosion sealant that meets and exceeds Australian Standard AS2662.2. It forms a tough, flexible barrier across the complete underbody and chassis — resisting stone chips, sealing out moisture and deadening road noise. Being thixotropic, it won't trap moisture like rubberised coatings — the proven choice for daily drivers, utes and 4WDs. It has active rust preventing ingredients and results in a clean, satin black finish.
A coating is only as good as the surface beneath it
Spray protection over grease, dust or moisture and it simply won't stick — it lifts, traps water and can accelerate the very rust you're trying to stop.
Dry ice blasting gives us a surface that's genuinely clean and dry, with no abrasive residue and no water hiding in the seams. That's the ideal foundation — and it's why our coatings bond properly and keep working for years.
